well i feel much better today, thank goodness!
interesting weekend though... well, past few days. friday morning i woke up feeling not the best, but once i got out of the house and doing stuff i was fine. i did stuff all day at the hop, mostly fighting the overlocker and re-threading it about 10 times in three different places, just to overlock the last 10 pieces of fabric for the camp next week...and i did it! yay :) and then i sewed up some other things and me and jess went on an outing to buy a fax roll and some ink for the printer in the office, and some lunch, and to ask the newsagent for free old newspapers...

anywho, jess dropped me off at tuzza station at about 4.20 pm, and i caught the train to waitara and walked home. by the time i got home it was about 5pm (there wasn't a train til about 4.35) and as soon as i walked in the door i felt icky again. i went to lie down on my bed and i got a bit of a headache and i felt a bit hot so i rumaged around in the linen closet for the thermometer, and found it in the thing of spare paper and such on top of basket drawers full of useful stuff in the lounge area... so i took my temperature and found i was 37.8 degrees. i couldn't quite remember what temperature i fever was so i smsed mum who was on her way home to take me to work. then i looked for my uniform and realised that it wasn't there. so i smsed mum again, and she stopped off at granny and grandad's on the way home to pick it up for me. so i went off to work.

it was actually quite a good shift, considering i wasn't feeling so good, and walking in and out of the coolroom to get stuff was messing with me. but it was fun :) at about 8.30 when things were slowing down and the two makers for the night got off, dave (hajdu - jade's brother) was making, and he got me to sauce for a bit, and then he got me to make some pizzas :) we had fun. he concluded that i was his alter-ego, because i kept repeating what he was saying (or saying what he was thinking) with the pizzas we had to make and the toppings and weights we needed and stuff. so i worked until about 9.30, and when i was done dave asked me if i wanted a drink, and he bought me one :) tis pretty good, if you're working a friday or saturday shift you get 1.25L drinks for $2. so i got a coke zero.

so i got home and checked my temperature again and it was 38.1 degrees. i went to bed after a bit i think... didn't have a very good nights sleep... woke up feeling pretty crap... mum said she'd call work to tell them i couldn't go in for my shift that night... told her to wait a bit cause i might feel a bit better later on... her and dad went to look at some houses, came back, i still felt like crap so mum called up and said i couldn't work. i think i slept on and off til about 3.30pm. watched some tv after that... hmm... yesterday's a bit of a blur... was going to go out to a movie night but felt too crap. so i stayed in and watched more tv... that and sleeping were about the only things i felt i could do...

but i went to bed last night, and slept, and kept waking up in the middle of the night really hot and sweating... and today i woke up at about 8.30 to dad saying something really loudly outside my room. and i felt ok :) i got up and said hi to mum and dad, and went back to bed and slept on and off again til about 1.30 pm. and then i got up and showered. and i feel stacks better :) i think i shall venture to the shops at some point today... which will probably be soon, given it is already 3 pm.

so that has been my weekend of not-so-funness. but it is not over yet! still have church tonight in which to have fun and feel well :)
