new year's

happy new year everyone!!!!

mine was...interesting.
went to the city with yeli. we went to waverton to see danielle (shultz) and she was with some uni friends. they had a seat on a nice grassy spot but the view of the bridge wasn't that good and after a walk me and yeli decided to try going into the city to see if we could get a spot closer in. so we went to milson's point and there were lots of spots on the grass but it was under the bridge...so we went to circular quay. the train on the way there was COMPLETELY packed!!!!!! i didn't think i'd fit but yeli was already on the train and this lady pulled me on. so i was facing the pole and breathing in to fit. luckily it was only one station away.
we went on the side of the opera house and went through some barriers where it was no glass or byo alcohol. then we went through another one to the opera house forecourt where it was no alcohol. we managed to fit in and sat in a little spot to have dinner...by that time andrew had come. (when we past north sydney station i mentioned to yeli that it was andrew's station cause he gets off there for school and she remembered his mum telling her that he might be going to the city so she rung and he finally decided to come cause he bought a really expensive camera and he could try it out) so it was the three of us waiting for the fireworks. then nine o'clock finally came and went and some people left so we took the opportunity to get a better spot and got a bit closer.
and it was about 2.5 hours to go until the fireworks...meh...we managed to kill time.
the fireworks were good, i liked the heart ones at the beginning, they were cute :)
it was hard getting back home...we walked to circular quay station and got into a huge crowd trying to get into the station...got separated from yeli and andrew for a bit... got back though. managed to get on the train and get a seat...and yeli was scared that there would be a ticket guard on lindfield station cause she didn't have a return ticket. but there wasn't.
when we got off and went up the stairs we saw maddy! she was back from vietnam. she looked nice.
bed was so good. today was so hot. ugh. slept til one twenty, had a 40 minute shower, watched tv with the fan. boring and way too hot. now i am talking to louise on the phone. hi louise!!!

going to see just like heaven tomorrow with louise.
now i will say goodbye. how was all your new year's eves?
